Cocktails with The Star Inn the City

We had great fun mixing cocktails with James from The Star Inn the City and we thought you might like to try some of these recipes using Raisthorpe's award winning gins.

Blood Orange Daiquiri

25ml White Rum

25ml Raisthorpe's 9ct Blood Orange Vodka

1 Whole Lime (squeezed)

Shaken and poured into a coupette glass

Garnish with an orange twist

Rhubarb and Raspberry Sour

37.5ml Raisthorpe's Rhubarb Gin

12.5ml Raisthorpe's Raspberry Gin

20ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

1 whole egg white, whisked

Dash of Peychaud Bitters

Shaken and served in a coupette glass

Toffee Cobbler

25ml Raisthorpe's 9ct Toffee/Caramel Vodka

25ml Cognac

10ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml Spiced Apple Tea Syrup

50ml Apple Juice

Top up with Premium Yorkshire Tonic
