Sloe Gin - Raisthorpe Manor's Sloe Gin is produced using traditional methods resulting in a sophisticated and complex Sloe Gin. The sloes are home grown on Raisthorpe's estate, handpicked then steeped in London Gin and sugar and left for six to eight months to mature.
With an exciting bitterness and fruitiness from the Sloes, it is an ideal additon to Champagne or sparkling white wine or simply served neat. Perfect for hip flasks, after dinner drinks or sat around an open fire on those cold winter nights!
